Christopher Street West has announced the official dates for the 2013 LA PRIDE season taking place in West Hollywood, CA. For three celebratory days, starting June 7th and ending June 9th, Christopher Street West has organized a series of events to rival those of past years from live concerts featuring some of today’s top artists to parties, mayoral brunches and the iconic celebrity-filled parade (one of the largest gatherings to take place in Los Angeles). Celebrating diversity has never been so fun!

This year, LA PRIDE officially kicks off the festivities on June 7th with the Purple Party, a free admission celebration of women. Yes you read the headline correctly! The Sword.Com, aka the repugnant blog that is growing more and more irrelevant with each and every off-base posting, has set a brand new Gay Porn Industry record for having the LEAST COMMENTS over the last 9 stories.

The Sword's decline into unpopularity started with the addition of a highly restrictive, elitist new comment policy that has a major chilling effect on free speech in that it requires readers to submit a registration form, have the form approved and follow a strict "Queerty-Like" comment substance policy.

The first trial of the comment registration policy lasted a mere 12 hours last week after it became painfully obvious that the erroneous number of comments the previous stories had tracked only amounted to a mere handful of actual participants when forced to register legitimate email addresses.

After it was pointed out by Damon Kruezer that the highly disliked blog had done a quick about face on their own policy they quickly re-ensnared it setting a new Gay Porn Industry record for least comments ever. For the last 9 stories The Sword has averaged 3.25 comments from disinterested readers.

Even ATKOL, the MySpace generation gay porn forum that's now a virtual ghost town due in large part to its own ridiculously restrictive posting policies, averages more activity per post than the San Francisco based Sword blog updated by a lamer on a laptop wearing skidmarked undies on a pile of chihuahua effluvium covered socks in a shotgun stucco house in Long Beach, CA.

What can be done about THE SWORD and its dizzying policy of 180 degree turns about postings and content?  Why is Mr. Valenti so heavy handed?  Is there a future for ZACHARY SIRE as editor there when he's simply not allowed to report on, or comment about, certain stories (like the Raging Stallion/Falcon court case reported below) that touch his employer too close?  Since when is reportorial accuracy and factual journalism based on political correctness, or self interest?

Now there is another matter that has come to THE KRUEZER's attention.  It seems Miss Sire got her panties in a wad after former Falcon Exclusive Jesse Santana went bareback and faced harsh views from commenters. The Sword is the industry bully blog that thrives on picking on others but they can not handle anyone, not even anonymous commenters, giving them a taste of their own medicine. 

How many times have I, THE KRUEZER, or followers and DK fans posted valid and literate comments on THE SWORD - all within stated terms of service and ethical boundaries - only to find them abruptly deleted or not posted at all, with no explanation?

It's like elementary school P.E. antics all over again where the school yard bully thinks they're hot shit till they wake up and realize no one likes them and they piss their pants and run crying to Mama. No wonder why it's the same half dozen commenters in almost every post.  No one else allowed. In the case of The Sword it's creepy Valenti who runs the blog and spends most of his time trolling the comment section.

Perhaps Tim Valenti was the first IP blocked off the comments resulting in a less than 24 hour switch in policy, from making users register to jumping back to open commenting in 12 hours? So typical for narcissistic fools to worry what other people think of their big fat steaming piles of poop they spoon out on the daily as posts.

The Sword is becoming more and more irrelevant with each post and soon the big forehead of Zachary Sire will be back to mooching off his parents to survive, oh wait, he's already moved home to his mommy, next stop oblivion with ex-Falconer Troy Prickett who's become a sort of non-person.

1) You've been in the industry for a number of years, and you've changed your look and style repeatedly. And here you are today, as a survivor. How did Brad Slater transition into Rusty Rooftop?

I've been in the industry since I was a child at 4, did my first TV commercial, then I was a teen model for XY magazine and Seventeen, then I took time off to finish school and college. I believe I have to grow up now at 33 can't keep doing what I was doing at 25 or 21, I'm grateful to the adult industry for the chances and financial support that helped me pay for my studies.  It's been 7 years believe or it not, now my main focus is to be a great fitness trainer and uncle to my amazing niece.

2) What's it like knowing the "real" Cliff Jensen?

Cliff Jensen aka Jake is a great friend to me, A true and honest man, talented and by talent I mean away from porn, he has swag , spunk and ambition. I have nothing but love and respect for him.

3) What's it like shooting for Alternadudes?

Alternadudes was the last series of films I did for the industry, it's fun and casual, although I wish the pay was better back then but it was a job and I'm a pro.  The owner is a sweetheart , wish them well.

4) How are your social media interactions extending and expanding your message?

Now social media is huge, for my fitness business it's doing great I believe the apps and fun of the networks is so refreshing to stay connected with people and fans. I'm on Instagram, Twitter and Vine as "rustyrooftop".

5) How has the industry changed from Brad Slater time of 2004 to now, 9 years later?

I started in 2004 when I was dating Jason Ridge, from which I also learned a lot. I don't watch much porn these days for what I see. They have some great new kids on the block, like Jake Bass at Cocky Boys.  My advice to this new talent when you do porn, have a goal! Make sure your goal is school not porn, use porn just to pay your future.

6) Is the gay video industry and blogosphere representative of the LGBT community at large - or is it mostly an exercise in egomania and narcissism?

I believe it's both. Whomever say a porn actor is not egocentric is full of it. We are strange people, in any entertainment industry, we are lonely people, very peculiar, my upbringing was very good and realistic my parents always brought me down when my ego went skyhigh, since an early age when I used to win trophys and awards my Mom used to say "the glory goes and comes Rusty, stay on the ground" ...I still believe in those words, porn doesn't give much to the LGBT community just some fun on the side in my opinion.

7) As a man of mixed South American and European heritage, how has your perceived ethnicity helped - or hurt - you?

My father is German and my mother Peruvian, I do have family in Argentina, born and raised in Los angeles never felt any different I believe my town is so diverse we all feel at home even the asians!  My personality has helped me to always stay good, strong away from drugs or booze, and focusing on myself and my loved ones.

8) Why do you think it's so important for some people to discriminate against and trash talk about other gay people - while loudly crying "homophobe" if anyone throws shade at them?

Let's start by saying there is so much hate inside the house of the gay community sites like Weho Confidential, the bullyng is intense, I read awful things about me but hey you can't please everyone, I believe if we want the hetero world to stop hating we need to clean house inside first.

9)  What do you think about my Raging Stallion / Falcon Exclusive report?  Why is no one else in the industry reporting about this major story?

Not familiar with them are they still in business?? Maybe they need to become a DJ lol!

Part 2 Interview Questions

1) What do your tattoos mean? Why and when did you acquire them?

They all have a meaning, I started at 17 got my first one, then I stopped, then at 28 I started again By then I had lived so long and much, I got ideas and worked with great artists in Hollywood, besides meaning I get them because I like looking at them, they're my joy my body zero regrets!

2) Can you talk about your relationship with Cazwell? What's Cazwell like?

Well I keep my very private life very on the DL, without going in much detail, Cazwell is a great man, extremely talented , writes his own music, produces and I have nothing but admiration and love for him, he always will have a great place in my heart....next question!

3) Looking back over your long and varied career who and what stands out as being particularly memorable for you, or on our culture at large?

Well I was born in the 80's , started modeling at 4 per my Mom's persistence. Then I became a teen model, I remember at 16 when I saw myself on a XY magazine and Teen Mag at the news stand,with me in it !! I was in the glory at 16, in high school in Hollywood that was major, I used to get girls and boys.  From the porn days I say this before and still believe I had more fun behind camera than on film LOL, met great people, I felt in love with Will aka Jason Ridge, I was so young!  Then when you get your own DVD cover it's heaven.  My bisexual films with Angela Dangelo oh yes those were fun.but at 27 I decided it was time to retire, I had lost the sparkle, and I wanted more out of life, graduated from UCLA and started a different life.

4) How do you feel about some hot button social issues, such as gay marriage?

Marriage ..there is nothing for me, I don't personally support any KIND of marriage, I do believe in equal rights, but before we want equality among gays, we should get equality among men and women, I feel even today women are not considered equal to men , I COME from a family fufilled with women 4 sisters , a niece....my mother..so that's my feeling before taking care of gay issues let's take care of our women,women are the reason this world keeps growing...I'M PRO LOVE !

5)  What parts do your family and friends play in your life?

Friends well I'm best friends with some I remain close and some we have grown away from each other for A or B reasons, but I chose to live a happy life, and not become a bitter person, I love my friends even though some of the worst rumors about me come from some of them.  My family is my rock, my life my everything, I'm blessed to have amazing parents, they gave me the happiest childhood ever, my siblings are great and when I became an uncle was nirvana, my niece is my life!

 

6)  What's a typical day like for Rusty Rooftop?

Well I'm a fitness trainer, I have a open schedule, I train, I run daily.  Get some 8 hours of sleep. I visit the family once a week.  A few times a month I host gay clubs , and of course till today I still do modeling shoots but just for FUN!  I keep a very clean diet and once a week I eat whatever the fuck I want.  Fitness is my lifestyle.

7)  How did you come to choose "Rusty Rooftop" as such a memorable name?

Rusty comes from my hair, my mother has red hair, when I was a child my hair was red especially during summer days then my father started calling me rusty nail.  Rooftop well I always been a sucker for going on rooftops and admiring city views.

8)  In terms of the U.S. as a society, do you feel things are getting better for Gays and Bi's, or are there still struggles ahead?

One thing is true yes gays are everywhere, things are better, however is so much hate inside the gay community, but yes and it's obvious there are so many drag queens out that is a huge sign!

9)  Is the prestige and status of the U.S. as a fighter for freedom and upholder of civil rights for all in danger from reactionary political and cultural forces?

I don't really follow politics much.  I do follow God and healthy living that is my politics :)

10) How do you think the Supreme Court will rule in June on DOMA and on California's Proposition 8?

I hope hate goes away, but like I say there is so much hate inside.

I don't support bullying but I also don't SUPPORT people raising a cowardly little bitch at home, we need to raise our children strong and teach them how to face off and defend themselves in situations that will come all through their lives!

In a lawsuit that should be making headlines in every legitimate industry source and blog - but isn't - DAMON now brings you this KRUEZER WORLD EXCLUSIVE report that no one else in the industry has the intestinal fortitude to bring you.  All of this report is 100% FACTUAL AND DOCUMENTED.

Former grip and plaintiff Ronald Baker on March 22, 2013 via his the attorneys filed an amended complaint and this time they really upped the ante against RAGING STALLION and its associated entities by making accusations of criminal activity as well as negligence. Apparently there are emails to the studio employees stating that the "Dick Juice" has been ordered per Chris Ward's request. They also allege the company sent an email with the subject line "Erection Juice Ordered" as the subject showing that the Plaintiff must now have even more evidence than previously spelled out in the initial complaint. The new complaint also claims the name on the TriMix bottle was Chris Ward.

Additionally the new complaint hammers home the fact that Raging/Falcon does not test models for HIV repeatedly making it obvious they consider the non-testing policy negligence. The complaint also repeatedly accuses Raging/Falcon of illegal criminal activity such as Mail Fraud and Racketeering.

In the Kruezer view, this new complaint shows how determined the attorneys are to pursue the company in every way possible laying out a whopping five claims for relief including punitive damages.

Yes, Jayden Grey's attempt for a comeback - with Big Daddy - has been pulled, reportedly after "major issues" with sitehost/content controller/documented dataminer/confirmed cybersquatter MARK WILSON of Great Atlantic Media Group.  Wilson tried the same tactics wth me in 2009 as is well documented by his own and DeWayneinSD's shocking written admissions.  My sites escaped his evil clutches unscathed but apparently not so with Jayden Grey's site.

12/14/12  SEBASTIAN YOUNG ARRESTED AGAIN ON MULTIPLE ASSAULT + POSSESSION CHARGES, NO BAIL LIKELY; REPORTEDLY ON SUICIDE WATCH screaming "My life is over"

I will help to find him a good defense attorney and a good counselor.  Joshua has a lot of potential but obviously the life of a str8 married man with child was a fiction he could no longer pretend to live.  I'm very sorry that my recent assessment of him and wife Erin still being on a "rocky road" was all too accurate.  Erin's recent Twitter abuse of me was obviously an overreaction to what she finally has failed to cover up much less deny.  I truly hope Joshua gets the help he so desperately needs, and that Erin and her daughter can adjust to many years without Daddy and husband.

And yes - as so many of you are telling me, Sebastian SHOULD have filmed the script he requested from me back in August, and gotten his life back on course under DK management.  That was my sincere intention, with no strings attached.  Tragically, it's too late now.  Pray for Joshua, Erin and their child!

I can't begin to describe how surprised and jaw droppingly shocked I was today to get first a Twitter DM with a phone number, then making the call and speaking directly with this formerly world famous face seeking my help and advice.  In true Tinseltown riches to rags tradition, this young actor got the big build up this past decade as "the next big action/scifi star" and gained tremendous recognition from the series of movies showcasing him as one of the 3 top billed stars.  But after the franchise ended (or was suspended) the next projects didn't come close and fizzled at the box office - along with his "leading man" career.  

Now, in order to make ends meet, this still youngish looking late 20's actor is "slumming as a rent guy here in L.A. and in Vegas" to quote his very words.  No, I can't identify him since he's now a client under management, but I am very excited to be working with this genuinely sweet, all around nice guy who got some bad advice and who "took some wrong turns with substances" as he puts it.  He's still recognizable from his starring roles of yesteryear, but the kin of his almost warlike fans still admire how much force he puts into his "fan appreciation meetings".  And his girlfriend/beard has issues of her own.  She'd like to help, but just can't right now.  What to do?  KRUEZER OMNIMEDIA is on the case!

DAMON's current status as legal representative with full durable Power of Attorney (POA) in regard to seven (7) different people or businesses threw our enemies into a state of chaotic confusion and dismay as their latest nefarious schemes were laid low by this shocking turn of events. 

They had planned to try and have DAMON charged with some kind of "fraudulent and illegal activity" but since everything done by me with Power of Attorney is valid, legitimate and for the benefit of those whom I represent, who legally empowered and authorized me to act in their interests, it's plainly impossible for anyone to claim anything of an adverse nature.  But today we received some very significant news regarding the actual status/pageviews of competing sites, associated with or hosted by Mark Wilson of the Great Atlantic Media Group.  They show a marked decline across the board for all Wilson-associated sites, while KRUEZER AT NIGHT is up in a major way being read by almost 40,000  unique visitors worldwide per month, according to the last quarterly report compiled as of August 2012.

Just when the gay video biz thought it could breathe a sigh of relief about the Obama Administration's up-til-now laxly enforced 2257 "proof of age" filming regulations, DAMON's P.I. has discovered a shocking new potentially VERY hardcore level of enforcement as many alleged "newly hired 2257 inspectors" fan out across the country to physically inspect "a much greater number of new videos both streaming and on  DVD" according to the sleuth. 

Obviously it's impossible to check out every performer in every new scene, video compilation or online vignette, but DAMON now advises the industry to WATCH OUT, CHECK YOUR 2257 DOCUMENTATION and PREPARE FOR POSSIBLE ON-SITE INSPECTION as mandated by the specific terms of the 2257 regulations. 

WHY this is happening NOW post-election is the BIG question I'll look at next!

INDUSTRY SOURCES CONFIRM TO DAMON THAT SEBASTIAN YOUNG WAS PAID $5000 to "FLIP" FROM DAMON - as if Young's likely conviction and re-imprisonment isn't enough to worry about!

To some people's surprise (but not to mine, Marc's, Troy's, Yves' or Wayne's), two prominent industry icons have privately confirmed to me that the recent inexplicable 180 turn by SEBASTIAN YOUNG - from hot to film DAMON's script he solicited in August to trash talking about DAMON via his alleged wife this month - can be easily understood in the context of the $5000 payoff YOUNG allegedly received to "turn off from DAMON and not to do his "Getting in Deep" script".   The anti-competitive haters apparently saw Young's vulnerability (and need for quick cash to pay his mounting legal bills) and Young - to his discredit - took the bait and "flipped" on DAMON in a notorious display of ingratitude, disloyalty and moral turpitude.   No wonder NO ONE in the biz wants to work with Sebastian Young now - although his "window of availability" for filming is likely to be VERY narrow considering his looming trial and likely re-incarceration on assault charges which strangely, NO ONE in the industry other than DAMON and THE SWORD are talking about!

The cause of truth, justice and responsible journalism won a major victory yesterday following high energy interaction with the Pennsylvania bookstore which had planned to feature a booksigning by "Cobra Killer" authors Peter Conway and Andrew Stoner - until it was shown clear and compelling evidence of Conway/Stoner's bias, twisting and omission of salient facts, and their inexplicable omission of any mention of DAMON KRUEZER despite my crucial role in the case (including a close friendship with the victim Bryan Kocis, a TV interview and calls/letters with and from the defendants just before the murder). 

Damon's "DARK SECRETS" book is undergoing final edits and tweaking for upcoming online and Kindle publication.  Interestingly, my book fairly credits Mr. Conway for the significant but hardly all encompassing role he played in the Cobra Killer case - and faults him for his bias, factual omissions, and "glossing over" of the Brent Corrigan-DeWayneinSD-Mark Wilson connections which I allege continue to be key factors in the outcome of the Cuadra murder trial - and its appellate process briefs now being written.

11/15/12  "ELMO" ACCUSER RECANTS AFTER REVELATION OF CRIMINAL HISTORY - AND NEGOTIATIONS FOR SETTLEMENT ARE INITIATED

As is typical of false accusations made for publicity lacking utterly any verifiable, concrete evidence - a situation with which I'm familiar - the accuser of PBS' "ELMO" Sesame Street character voice actor Kevin Clash has now withdrawn his accusations against Clash - after entering into suddenly hush-hush settlement negotiations that may or may not have been concluded or resolved in anyone's favor.  PBS is reportedly "uneasy" about reinstating Clash due to his being outed as gay, and the whole affair reeks of a money-making gambit gone badly wrong.  My sympathies are with Clash, who has been unfairly and wrongly victimized, even demonized, by those eager to rush to judgment, although the real damage may be to the Sesame Street brand, now arguably tainted by the unsavoury affair, although it as obvious to any fair minded person that the accuser - who waited 7 years to make his claims of "improper relations" - was simply a hustler motivated only by filthy lucre.  Interestingly, Sheldon Stephens the accuser has a criminal history involving an alleged violent robbery attempt, and is a wanna-be model and a man of color himself, as is Mr. Clash, making this entire situation even more sad for all involved.  It looks to me as if Stephens got the publicity he so obviously wanted - but not in the way he wanted, and certainly not in a way that will launch him into the male modeling stratosphere.

MISSING MICK fans are deluging the Kruezer offices with inquiries, and I've launched an investigation tapping both Eastern European and stateside sources to determine the status, location and well being of gorgeous Bel Ami stud MICK LOVELL, whose career was launched with great fanfare this past Summer, and whose images and videos were prominently featured by Bel Ami.  Now suddenly, no one's talking about Mick, his fansite is moribund, and even Bel Ami isn't saying anything to clear up the mystery.

So what's going on?  A young American who couldn't adjust to living and working mostly in the Czech Republic?
A model who met someone who offered to take him away from working for a living, possibly "the love of his life" as some sources are telling me?  Or a young man who tired of being "Mick Lovell" and deliberately decided to simply disappear without explanation to forge a new life in a new location on his own terms, without anyone expectations getting in the way? 

At this time I don't know for sure, but I intend to find out after exchanging friendly communications with Lovell online, and in view of my colleague ZACH SIRE of THE SWORD - a major Mick fan - also now expressing concern.

Gay Video Industry in "Red Alert" status over DAMON's hotly discussed mysterious new partners and model management initiative following the collapse of DV8 Casting

And we wouldn't have it any other way!  Just when certain devious, immoral saboteurs thought we were as good as gone, or no longer relevant, DAMON and his crew have come roaring back stronger and more influential than ever.

Regarding SEBASTIAN YOUNG, yes indeed he did solicit and receive our script "GOING IN DEEP" as noted below, and he did indeed state in writing that he "loves it" and "wants to do it".  Of course the making of the video and the proposed managerial deal is "on hold" until Sebastian's legal case status following his 10/26/12 arrest is resolved, and that is being complicated by efforts being made by certain parties to cloud emotions and confuse the actual business issues involved.  But along with the HOT NEW PHOTOS and FASCINATING SPECULATION AND CONJECTURE about SEBASTIAN as published on our colleague's site last week, interest in SEBASTIAN YOUNG has never been higher.

HOTLY ANTICIPATED MEGA UPDATE: THE STATE OF THE GAY VIDEO INDUSTRY IN LATE 2012 AS EVIDENCED BY THE KEY PLAYERS STATUS, STRATEGY AND TACTICS

We gathered our intel at HUSTLABALL and from well known models and directors...You'll never see this anywhere but here...of Cockyboys, egomania, bitter rivalries and Raging Falcons...Let's see what THE SWORD thinks about this - and how honest Zach Sire is!

My confidential informants tell me that CHRIS WARD ex-owner of Raging Stallion was unwillingly forced to turn over the RS studio websites to Gamma's Mark Bower after his Falcon numbers proved Ward's outdated RSS/GunsBlazing websites couldn't match Gamma's performance with Falcon. Ward had previously refused to consider working with Gamma at all and very blatantly told Bower, "There is no way I'm turning over my Raging Stallion websites to you," in a super heated telephone conference shortly after AEBN merged the Falcon brand with Raging Stallion. Because Chris Ward is no longer the owner of the studio and is now simply an employee of AEBN he was recently given no choice but to eat some humble pie and cough up a welcoming comment for the Raging/Gamma press release in order to keep up professional appearances when his higher ups ordered him to cooperate with Gamma.

The Raging Stallion move to Gamma further widens the gap between NakedSword's Tim Valenti, the self-proclaimed owner of Falcon Studios, and Chris Ward, the out of touch award driven egomaniac at the helm of what DAMON calls "Raging Falcon", as the two rival AEBN employees scramble for power within the gay executive ladder.

Now here's THE SWORD angle given how much ZACH SIRE hyped "GOLDEN GATE". Valenti reportedly blamed Ward for the terrible sales of his DVD series "Golden Gate" claiming that Ward's outdated distribution model was the reason the DVDs were such a flop in the retail market. Valenti also blamed Ward's notorious low-budget production standards for further hurting DVD sales. In response to the "Golden Gate" flop Valenti managed to completely pull the rug out from under Ward and take production of his next series titled "NakedSword Originals" in-house under the direction of former NakedSword employee Mr. Pam.

DAMON has learned Valenti also yanked DVD distribution of the new series out of Raging Falcon distribution and forced it over to EuroMedia, a NY based distributor rumored to owe Bel Ami upwards of $250K in unpaid invoices from the sales of its "Taboo" twins movie purportedly choosing to fund their own CockyBoys productions rather than pay vendors' past due invoices.

The separation between NakedSword and Raging Falcon is complete now that Gamma has stepped in to take over all affiliate and membership sites for AEBN. NakedSword is launching its own Affiliate Program called NakedCash in the next few months giving Valenti zero ties to Ward other than both are paid by the same 100% Str8 owned company in North Carolina...which just happens to be the actual residence of notorious hater and self-proclaimed judge of the gay video industry MARK WILSON, furiously pulling strings and manipulating all parties to achieve his clandestine goal of subjugation of all LGBT media to his twisted will and power games.

NakedSword has its own staff and its own set of offices independent from Raging Falcon in San Francisco.  DAMON avers that it should now be clear to everyone in the industry that Valenti has more power within the gay AEBN executive ladder than Chris Ward given his ability to pull productions in-house and choose a distribution company as well as form his own independent affiliate program. Through all of the turmoil the Falcon brand of DVDs has remained under the distribution of Pulse Distributors here in Los Angeles leaving Chris Ward with little influence over anything other than the sale of RSS DVDs and the productions of three directors on his staff.

With all the extra time on their hands the Raging Falcon staff might choose to film a reality show inside their San Francisco offices. Now that NakedSword and Raging Falcon are independent of each other, in due time, one of the two division offices are likely to be closed in order to eliminate redundancy within the organization. Until that happens it will be interesting to see which company manages to produce better DVD sales within the retail market: Raging Stallion, Falcon with Pulse or NakedSword with EuroMedia.

Now do you see why DAMON is the only one to bring you such unfiltered news that unmasks all the moves and countermoves flowing just below the surface of the $7 billion a year gay video industry?

Brent Corrigan and Jason Pitt NOT in attendance as in recent years due to current upheavals in their lives and following Corrigan's Rentboy debacle

Tense negotiations aimed at ending the clash of the tattooed, muscular titans allowed them to work out their differences at HUSTLABALL in NEW YORK CITY last night.  We were there as negotiations continued at a 3rd party's hotel which ultimately resulted in a cessation of their Twitter war and related hostilities.  The arbitrator of their dispute convinced Young and Washington to settle their differences and work together for their mutual benefit and for the good of the industry.  Now that both are nearing or beyond 30 years of age, it was clear to me last night that most of their hostility was based on misunderstandings and poor communications but now that both see the BIG PICTURE, they've put aside their differences for the greater good.  The fact that both are well known Tops who are now willing to be considerably more versatile - especially SEBASTIAN YOUNG who may finally be ready to do his FIRST EVER interracial bottoming scene for a man as buff, well hung and masculine as he is  - opens the door to on-camera work between the two - a fulfillment of what the Arbitrator told both Young and Washington, that a flip flop scene between the two - or involving a 3rd performer shared between them - would be a surefire commercial and critical success. DAMON is seeking comment from frequent Young critic (and former scene partner) TREVOR.

Meanwhile, MARC took the lead in evaluating new and old prospects for our clients, noting who recognized us and entered into good faith conversation and who did not.  Many industry veterans were in attendance together with a smattering of new faces, trending mostly toward the 25 - 35 age range.  We're making appropriate recommendations to our clients today who, if they meet and spend time with our referrals, will be paying a 15% finder's fee as is long standing industry practice, and as established as legal precedent in the cases involving former mentor DAVID FOREST.

Interestingly only a few attendees mentioned either former "golden boy" JASON PITT who has revealed himself to be a conniving, manipulative, and extremely ungrateful person in the opinion of many following his admitted "paid to turn" on DAMON and shocking rejection of former "husband to be" MJ TAYLOR, still licking his wounds, and fewer still in regard to BRENT CORRIGAN whose image and credibility have greatly suffered due to CORRIGAN's remarkable lack of candor and transparency involving his Rentboy ad (now pulled) last month.

Proving once again that well intended actions may have the most unexpected consequences, while doing bareback amateur video work, ostensibly to bring the happy (?) couple closer together, it had precisely the opposite effect.  While still giving CHRIS CROCKER the attention he craves, and very likely launching the career of his now former boyfriend into gay video superstardom.  He's got the looks and the body!

As I have noted on other sites linking to or referencing this exclusive, the breakup occurred because his ex was supposedly "cajoled, nagged and prodded" into doing the MAVERICK MEN video in Massachusetts, a small independent studio which as many of you know focuses on 18-22 year old gay bareback semi-amateur work...often with very hot results.

Now the boyfriend is getting kicked out of the military for reasons indirectly related to his doing the shoot.

CROCKER went with the company that offered him the largest payout since C1 type studios "got tired of dealing with him" according to a well channeled source.

FINAL IRONY:  Now CROCKER and boyfriend have split - and his ex-boyfriend has insinuated that he wants to pursue his own career in blue movies.

Now this - trying to get cheap publicity for his plethora of putrid sites by reporting AS FACT "Jeff Palmer had a stroke" when in fact no such thing has occurred much less can be verified.  

Wilson has not formally apologized or even tried to explain.  Just a quick "disappearing act" of his false and malicious faux news reports and the tweets he so shamelessly used to promote it.  THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT, Mr. Wilson!

The man has no apparent moral compass or sense of fair play, much less the practice of actual fact-based news reporting. Isn't it time for MARK WILSON to pack his bags, shut down his failing attention-starved websites, close his Twitter account, profusely apologize to those he's mistreated, stop the hosting of gay sites in which he dictates content, and just quietly slink away as the lying hypocrite and ethics-free publicity hound interested only in self-aggrandizement he really is?

Also, if it is known to be highly insensitive to Muslim cultures to depict Mohammed in any way, is there any point to this expression other than to ridicule and incite hatred and violence? The so-called filmmakers even said they expected this reaction.  How is this any different than yelling "FIRE!" in a crowded theatre?

I believe that the "film" was conceptualized and catapulted by radical extremist Republicans here in the USA.

WHAT was Romney criticizing Obama for? WHAT "values" did Romney expect Obama to stand up for? WHAT values was Romney standing up for? Do we consider those circumstances known at the time to be within the boundaries of protected free speech?  Romney should never be president for this extraordinary act of bad judgment and gross insensitivity alone.

The creators of the video were hoping for exactly the reaction they got. Ironically, they were very much in alignment with their extremist counterparts in the Muslim world, who need an "enemy" just as much as do the idiots here -- to keep their people in fear and under control. Both extremists got exactly what they wanted.  And four Americans including the U.S. ambassador to Libya died horrific deaths as the price of their calculated political gambit.  The fact the mainstream U.S. media are not being clear about his being Gay and that he was trying to rescue his boyfriend and other Americans when he died of smoke inhalation makes it even worse.

Predictably, BRENT CORRIGAN now denies the RB ad was his - despite the correct phone number being given, despite the EROS86 username being the same as the one he admittedly used some time ago on Adam 4 Adam, and despite apparently credible RB sources telling me "we confirmed it was the real Brent".  David Forest may have forced the issue to protect his offering of Brent's "meet and greet and photo opportunity" services via his Premiere Artists site.  Other sources have told me Brent's former, now allegedly vindictive bf GRANT ROY was involved in the scam, along with possibly JAYDEN GREY whom Roy had tried to promote as Corrigan's replacement after their breakup.  The CONCLUSIVE evidence will be when and if one or more credible clients come forward with specifics of their hiring the so-called "Brent Corrigan" via the RB ad with details that can be corroborated.  As of this date however, there's nothing conclusive either way in my opinion, except to say SOMEONE had a devious plan they implemented for reasons we may never know - and that SOMEONE could be Corrigan, Roy, Grey or some combination of 2 out of the 3 working together.  In any case, CORRIGAN is listed as "available" in his listing on David Forest's PREMIERE ARTISTS site - and he's not denying THAT listing at least is real.  Draw your own conclusions from this twisted and tawdry tale of an aging twink struggling to stay relevant and in the news one way or the other!

"Final Witness" is a superb and chilling hybrid show consisting of equal portions of "48 Hours Mystery", CSI and Peter Jackson's disturbing and heartbreaking "The Lovely Bones". All of his sites will be OFFLINE as of July 25, 2012 so that he can physically move all servers to a new host, Latifys.com now that Lunarpages.com has been made aware of his alleged legal transgressions.

This means that his prominently featured sites - including JasonCurious.com, the Brent Corrigan fansite, and the site of the man known as "Mr. Rehab" in San Diego - DeWayneinSD - will ALL be offline as of July 25th for an indeterminate period.  The fact that all 3 of these sites have either tacitly or directly played along with Wilson's anti-competitive schemes - with DeWayne actually admitting in print he aided and abetted Wilson's attempt to hack our site in 2009 - means that I'll be shedding no tears when they go dark.

Most industry people tell me they feel Wilson has foolishly become known mostly as a hater, for what he's against (DAMON), as opposed to his creativity and what he's for, wasting 100's of manhours and tens of thousands of dollars in a fruitless attempt to vilify DAMON and provoke some type of prosecution.  The fact that Wilson has no legal standing, no personal or business connection to the Kruezer organization, and has been unable to substantiate any of his wild, baseless, and fabricated claims probably has something to do with it.

That's Karma for you, about to bite Mark Wilson in his very ample gluteus maximus, as the industry sees that baseless hatred, gay on gay discrimination, false copyright claims, and wrongful interference in other people's business brings its inevitable consequence.

Matthew Bremer's body was found on March 26 at 11 AM, my source tells me, although she feels it's "very likely" he died the previous afternoon.  "Despite Matt's claims of being completely clean of drug use after his arrest 2 years ago, I knew that wasn't true Damon" my source continues.

Now the Bremer family is left in deep shock and grief with only a silver urn holding Matt's ashes. As a conflicted bisexual and recreational drug user, young Matt Bremer never intended to abandon life, family, friends or his rising adult entertainment career.  But in one 10 minute episode of incredibly bad judgment and bad luck, it all came to a sudden end. 

My source tells me "it looked as if Matt didn't much realize what was happening, he was literally one leg in his board shorts and then slumped over, wearing a peaceful and slightly puzzled expression with hands half outstretched to someone or something he saw in his final seconds, we'll never know who".

DAMON hates drugs and is strongly opposed to their use.  Matt Bremer's unintentional self-termination is one more reason why I urge and advise everyone NOT to use drugs for any reason other than those legally prescribed by an M.D. for medical reasons.

RIVAL ACTING AS "agent provocateur" now under investigation himself for making false reports

You all know who I'm talking about.  Many of you have asked me "what's in this for him?" and "who's paying him to defame and slander you?" and those are excellent questions.  But now it's in the hands of investigators who are digging deep to discover the WHO, WHAT and WHY of the entire sordid mess.

The man's in Atlanta and has indulged in such wild excesses as at least a DOZEN Twitter impersonators and lame copies of this site - despite battling asthma and diabetes, according to his own emails.  He's actually bragged in print about trying to hack my DK.com site - that fact alone may well land him in a heap of trouble.  And with the help of an obese has-been in NYC and a former drug user in San Diego, he tried to purloin confidential information from this site under the guise of friendship and business association.  His corruption and arrogance knows no bounds, his evident determination to taint my name, confuse and misdirect Web and Twitter followers, interfere in my legitimate business operations, curtail my right of free speech, and his unhealthy obsession with me - for no apparent reason - has horrified and disgusted many of you. 

ZACH SIRE of THE SWORD correctly lambasted this evildoer in print in October 2010 for "outing" MASON WYLER's seroconversion status, without legitimate cause - as if that's any of his business?  Most recently, this troublemaker and backstabber involved himself in a private situation involving me and another party - without realizing or acknowledging the other party was offered a written agreement to govern the association but rejected it in favor of a strictly private, unwritten understanding that makes anything exchanged a free will donative and nothing more. 

The corruption of this Atlantean is now under a microscope, especially since after literally YEARS of the most vile accusations, and years of feeding false and fabricated claims to authorities, nothing actionable has EVER come of it.   Isn't making knowingly false reports to law enforcement a FELONY in and of itself?  Could the FAILING status of his not-so-Gorgeous "entertainment network" have something to do with this disgusting attempt to get publicity at MY expense?

It's all reminiscent of George Zimmerman's obsession with reporting "suspicious" people on his neighborhood watch and his over 50 calls to LEOs which resulted in ZERO arrests and ZERO crimes stopped.  Based on preliminary results so far, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the accuser in Atlanta will one day soon face a Zimmerman situation, in which HE is the one on the defensive after formal charges are filed based on the mountain of evidence now in the hands of proper authorities.

Watch for the toxicology results to verify this, and SHAME on my lily livered competitors who can't or won't do the due diligence and investigative journalism to find this out.  I'm the ONLY one to publish his mug photo for his drug arrest in Sanford, FL, a city now notorious for another tragedy - the murder of Trayvon Martin by a lunatic self-appointed vigilante who had no business following or confronting ANYONE, especially while strapped.

ZACH SIRE's SELLOUT OR WHITEWASH UNDER STRONGARM TACTICS?
"THE SWORD" APPEARS TO CAVE IN TO LUCAS ENTERTAINMENT PRESSURE



THE SWORD and its editor for the past 2 years, ZACH SIRE, has done some good reporting, especially its condemnation of the outrageous interference and scare tactics done by MARK WILSON in regard to MASON WYLER's HIV status in October 2010 to pump up ratings for Wilson's failing family of anemic sites.

But just yesterday many of you messaged and called me to ask about what I was already researching - namely, the complete and abrupt deletion of any and all topics and postings on THE SWORD concerning MICHAEL LUCAS and his inexplicable conservative Republican stance in favor of MITTENS ROMNEY - an avowed enemy of LGBT rights and a tool of the Corporatist Christofascist agenda.  Not to mention Lucas' 40th birthday, handled as if Lucas is a major public figure when in fact he's nothing but a tool of the Zionist lobby in our view, as well as a former reported "paid companion" back in his video making days as "Ramzes Kairoff" from which the screencap above derives, and as protected under "fair use" provisions.

So did ZACH SIRE pull the Lucas topics and postings by his own choice, or was his corporate parent PRESSURED by Lucas Entertainment to do so?

I don't know for sure, but it's a fact many Lucas Entertainment videos are for sale or rental via THE SWORD's online VOD sister company.  Do the math, follow the money, and we can all come to our own conclusion.

My take on it is that it was a pressure tactic by Lucas, very likely threatening to pull all advertising and streaming video rights, that motivated ZACH SIRE to suddenly pull EVERYTHING the least bit critical of Michael Lucas or his company off THE SWORD.

What this tells you about the quality and extent of THE SWORD's supposedly "unbiased and agenda-free" reporting, and the objectivity (or lack of it) of ZACH SIRE himself as its Editor in Chief, I leave to you all to judge for yourselves.


TIME FOR INTERVENTION FOR "SAM" AKA "AJ MONROE"

This supercute G4P video star has compiled an extraordinarily bad criminal history in his 22 years - including his latest arrest days ago, in which "AJ" looks worrisomely haggard and unhealthy.  Before this very cute 22 year old ends up like WHITNEY HOUSTON, isn't it time to do for "Sam" (real name) what poor Whitney's enablers were unwilling or unable to do for her? 

I'm talking about an intervention by trained substance abuse and psych professionals and if necessary, comprehensive Rehab treatment.  "Sam" by all accounts is actually a sweet, funny guy in real life, whatever his reasons may be for doing gay video work.  But clearly the DANGER SIGNALS are out for "AJ" and it's time his friends, family and even concerned members of the industry took concerted action to ensure "Sam" is at the very least, offered comprehensive help and treatment if he wants it - assuming he acknowledges the reality of his problems, of course.

THE BIGGEST GAY STORY OF DECEMBER 2011 THAT WASN'T
Tay Lautner Twitter firestorm results in hundreds of queries to DAMON "Is it real?"

This cover art doesn't really exist.  At least not as an accurate depiction of reality.  In other words, it's a cleverly done fake designed to get attention for its creator's hidden agenda.  And it probably also makes the resolutely self-proclaimed "straight" Taylor Lautner uncomfortable precisely because it SEEMS so believable, based on what we've seen and heard from Mr. Lautner (both in his jazz hands phase and his post-butched up phase).  So is Tay Tay really gay or not - faux People covers aside?  Only he - and his trainer and publicist - know for sure.  But in all fairness, Tay seems like a sweet guy and a reasonably good actor taking advantage of the choice - and decidedly str8, butch - film roles being offered him.  He's not known for being horrible to staff or disrespectful to his fans, and his heart seems to be in the right place. 

And did I mention that I have VERY good reason to believe he's actually contractually obligated to project a very family friendly, str8, and PG to PG-13 image for the next 5 years?  So let's cut Tay some slack, enjoy his considerable on screen assets, and see what happens in the next 5 years.  We can only HOPE that one day, such a cover story will be a reality - assuming that Mr. Lautner really is a member of Tribe Rainbow. 

For now, Tay Tay should be pleased as punch at the Twitter firestorm resulting in hundreds of breathless queries asking "is it real?" and "Is it true?" this phony PEOPLE cover provoked.  Maybe that was really the point of this charade.  Ya think?

Adult Industry Powerhouses Manwin and Digital Playground file suit against ICANN and ICM Registry

Religious groups believe the .xxx TLD legitimizes obscenity, while the adult industry believes it could lead to censorship.

The suit focuses on the new xxx TLD, over what it alleges as being "extorting defensive registrations with ICANN's blessing".  Particular ire is directed at ICM's recently concluded "sunrise" period, during which porn companies, for about $200, could apply to own a .xxx address matching their trademark or .com domain.

Interestingly, it turns out that educational institutions also felt the same way, and had to reserve domains under their name so that no porn content could be put up on them.

RUSH TO JUDGMENT "HANG HIM HIGH" MASS MEDIA MEME ON SANDUSKY-PENN STATE SEX ABUSE CASE NEGATES REAL LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTIONS UNDERLYING -- and REMINDS DAMON OF WHITEWASH DONE IN COBRA-KOCIS CASE IN HASTE TO GET A VERDICT

As DAMON can relate from personal experience, all too often people in this country latch on to a catch phrase endlessly repeated by the corporatist media and assume it contains the truthful essence of the situation.  No further evidence, corroboration, vetting process or critical thinking based on actual prevailing law (in this case, Pennsylvania law) required.   It's trial by Internet media long before any jury renders a verdict.  It's wrong, it's manifestly unfair, and it makes a mockery of the very Constitutional law - including the presumption of innocence - that is supposed to be routinely accorded to defendants in criminal cases.

Publicity hungry rightwing mouthpiece Sarah Palin yesterday called for Sandusky to be hung from the highest tree - as if she knows anything about the facts of the case except as filtered through the hysterical mainstream media.

The evidence does indeed seem overwhelming at first glance against Mr. Sandusky.  But too many people are acting as if he's guilty as charged and deserves the most extreme punishment - before he's had the trial by jury he's legally entitled to have.  Certainly the allegations against him are horrific, and there's no doubt severe punishment is warranted against him and those who may have enabled or covered up for him, IF and WHEN he or they are found guilty after a fair trial with ALL evidence and witnesses in open court.

But the truth is, at this point in time we simply don't know for sure who may be guilty of precisely what.  The media frenzy has obscured even the legal distinction between "rape" in the sense of forcible penetration and "unlawful relations" in the sense of a Monica being given.  Moral outrage aside, legally these are very important distinctions.

Yet as I know all too well, there are those eager to misrepresent personal speculation, fabrication or opinion as a verified fact to push their hidden agenda when it's nothing of the kind.

To keep the legal system of this country sacrosanct, we should remember what happened in the murder case of my late friend Bryan Kocis of Cobra Video, whom I believe was actually murdered by only one of the men convicted of the crime, and in which the actual instigator of the crime was allowed to walk free in exchange for his testimony that only allowed for a quick verdict and closure of the case that made so many quake with fear if their true involvement was ever revealed.

Will there ever be full, true justice for Bryan Kocis and the others directly responsible for his murder, beyond the convicted two?  I hope so.  I'm working to get Harlow Cuadra a new trial.  But in the meantime, let the legal process go forward without bias, hysteria or media convictions in the case of Sandusky and Penn State.  Let's not assume we know anything until the carefully vetted facts are presented in open court.  Until and unless Sandusky is convicted of any charge in this case, he must legally be considered innocent.  That's a bedrock principle all those who believe in the Constitution must support and defend.

BOOK OF SHADOWS: THE UNRESOLVED CORRIGAN CURSE HAUNTING THE GAY VIDEO INDUSTRY
Damon's thoughts on meeting and briefly conversing with Sean Paul Lockhart at the Judas Kiss DVD launch party at HERE, Los Angeles this past Thursday


I first spoke with Sean Lockhart in 2006 when he was bitterly fighting former mentor/boyfriend Bryan Kocis in Federal court over his right - or lack of same - to use the name "Brent Corrigan" that made him famous - and an owner of some La Jolla real estate to this day.  All that Lockhart told me in that interview has yet to be published for legal reasons relating to Harlow Cuadra's pending retrial.

This past Thursday I went anonymously to HERE Lounge here in Los Angeles to see how the intervening years had treated Sean on the occasion of the DVD launch party for the indie movie he does surprisingly well in, JUDAS KISS, although playing a twinky college guy is not what you'd call an acting stretch.  When introduced to him, Sean looked at me questioningly, with half formed doubts combined with shivers of desire clearly reflected in his deep set soulful brown eyes.  Even when his lightly freckled hand shook mine, a spark of energy passed between us resulting in a tremor in his voice.  Sean KNEW that he was in the presence of someone other than a typical fan, but I could see he couldn't quite place me.

Interestingly, Sean's voice and speech pattern was still the carefully practiced vocal style of someone at least 7 years younger, a characteristic retained from our first conversation 5 years ago.  Once a twink star always a twink star it seems, regardless of what the calendar - or mirror - may say.

I've now seen him in Judas Kiss, Chillerama / I Was A Teenage Werebear and In The Closet. He's right in there with your typical WB/CW actor, which is quite surprising for a gay video star. LESS attractive than Cain or Trey on Corbin Fisher though as his angular features and slightly receding hairline begin to show the first signs of aging.

"Mark Wilson is dead wrong about Damon Kruezer and Mark Wilson is dead wrong about me.  I doubt he is man enough to apologize. Cowards never do."

Now the BIG question is, why do Jason Pitt and Brent Corrigan continue to host their websites with this proven liar and unscrupulous businessman who admitted he tried to "datamine" my site and some email he thought was the real one by extending the hand of false friendship?  Is there a hidden business or personal relationship at work between Pitt, Corrigan, and Wilson?  Hmm...

But the truth is Jeremy is a very humble, amiable and talented 20 something who never dreamed a quick $3000 for an afternoon's work would lead him to being the subject of a media frenzy for ratings and Zach Sire's click-through snarkiness - without anyone giving any consideration to the fact that this story should NOT have been reported in such a salacious and disrespectful way - if it should have been reported at all, now that Jeremy's mainstream modeling aspirations are about as likely as BRENT CORRIGAN's mainstream acting dreams are.

It now appears that Brent Corrigan - former King of the Twinks and a mainstream actor/model, at least in his own mind - has been brought sharply back to reality by recent jarring changes in his status and influence within the gay media world.  Rapidly losing the twinkish looks that made him the object of sometimes fatal desire by many, and disappointed in the lackluster results from the latest incarnation of his website launched typically with much fanfare and many promises that his webhost obviously could not and did not deliver on, it's time for a radical restructuring of the Corrigan brand and image in the Kruezer view.  The same boyish whispers confiding so much to us in our famous phone interview of 2007 has now been replaced by the deeper voiced harsh realities of the post-Cobra Video, post-Harlow Cuadra love affair era, and all that it resulted in.

Amazingly the new book on the Cobra Video murder case completely omits any mention of Corrigan's and Harlow Cuadra's interview with me the day before his arrest, and my relationship with murder victim Bryan Kocis, proving beyond any doubt the total journalistic bias and incompetence of the book's author, Peter Conway, who pretends his story is unbiased and complete when in fact it is neither.

Many have noted Corrigan's decline can be historically dated to his ill-advised appointment of the notorious gay-on-gay discriminator - and DK impersonator - Mark Wilson as his latest webhost, and his equally unfortunate choice of DeWayne in SD as his copyright agent, a position DeWayne denied for weeks that we later motivated him to prove that in fact, he was.  Yes, this is the same DeWayne - the self-admitted multi rehab center attendee, claiming to be all about fairness, equality and equal rights - many of you saw doing all that he could to discredit us and taint our 2009 Cybersocket Award nomination for Best Blog in a fit of jealousy and envy that forever destroyed DeWayne's credibility and influence.

Now it seems Karma has at last come full circle on Brent Corrigan and his extremely poor choices in allies and business partners, as even former paramour GRANT ROY now speaks of Corrigan with disgust, disdain and derision.

So what's next for BRENT CORRIGAN?  My suggestion is that he retire with what shreds of dignity he has left, close his website after severing all ties with the parasitical Wilson and skeevy DeWayne, pray that he isn't subpoenaed to testify under oath at any further court proceeding involving what he testified about concerning the wrongfully convicted HARLOW CUADRA, and try being Sean Lockhart, nearly 30 something La Jolla real estate developer.

All of us here in Silverlake are observing the 10 year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks with solemnity, respect and concern.

The 2,977 deaths of the innocent victims can never be forgotten or minimized, although we also hope that the new surveillance society and endless war state that they give birth to will soon be modified and scaled back as the awareness of Osama Bin Laden’s failed ideology takes hold in the wake of the Arab Spring movement for democracy and against dictatorship – secular or religious.

MASON WYLER'S CAREER DESTROYED BY THE TOXIC INFESTATION KNOWN AS "MARK WILSON" THAT EVEN ZACH SIRE AT THE SWORD ACCURATELY CONDEMNS FOR WILSON'S "IMMORAL TACTICS," and for being "OUT OF HIS LEAGUE AND NONE OF HIS BUSINESS"

Ordinarily we'd give the Mark Wilson  sideshow a shrug and a yawn as warranted by such an irrelevant character from an irrelevant property no one cares about created by a man whose life has no meaning beyond aping the works of others who actually created something.  After all - look at what Wilson did for the careers of Jason Pitt (in forced retirement), Kameron Scott (a case study in low self esteem), MJ Taylor (disgraced and in Ohio exile), and Matthew Conaster (his former webmaster who resigned, reportedly in disgust with Wilson's shady business practices).

Check who's impersonating me on Twitter and elsewhere and you'll see it's Mark Wilson, by his own admission on record - who obviously has no shame in his self-righteous, self-appointed role as "guardian and supervisor of all gay media" who claims to know what's true, what's not true, and who should be online at all.  The fact that his company, Great Atlantic Media Group, is a bitter rival to other sites and businesses - including this one - of course has nothing to do with it.  Right?  Absolutely!  LOL

Now we come to the issue at hand with that bit of context out of the way.

Each gay video studio must have their own policy on testing and hiring.

Mason Wyler - a major star and "Wyler Nation" website owner for the past 4 years - wasn’t renewed by most if not all studios because of his HIV status. Yet I know some companies including Falcon "allegedly" use positive models.

I would assume for their own legal protection/liability, any company would require proof of status from their actors.

So who bans positive models and who doesn’t? I doubt any studio would have an official policy on record as to whether they hire positive performers or not. It would be safe to assume it’s more of a don’t ask, don’t tell scenario.

So how did ANYONE come to know about Wyler's HIV status, which he kept to himself, as he had every right to do?

Fact is, Mason Wyler had his HIV+ status publicly outed by MARK WILSON several months ago in a shockingly cruel and malicious instance of Wilson acting as judge, jury and executioner, based solely on Wilson's self-appointed status as someone who can and should do this type of reprehensible action, without even bothering to discuss anything with Mason Wyler in advance of his bombshell revelation. 

Now Wyler is considered unemployable by most major studios, and it's been that way for months, since Wilson's expose this Spring.

Is this legally in the category of tortious interference in Wyler's livelihood?  Lawyers may weigh in on this, but as a layman, I would say absolutely it is, given the degree of maliciousness and premeditated intent to harm Wyler's cash flow, and given that Wilson knew nothing about Wyler and has had nothing to do with Wyler or his career - until now.

So if this didnt happen, to this day I’m doubtful we would know about Wyler's HIV status.  Whatever one can say about Wyler's behavior or morality, the plain fact is publicly outing his HIV status by Mark Wilson is just so wrong in so many ways.  Even my rival ZACH SIRE at THE SWORD publicly condemned Wilson, telling him it was none of his business and not his judgment to make.

So what can we say about cash-strapped, egotistical and controlling business rivals like MARK WILSON eager to gain publicity by attacking and spreading malicious gossip about those he claims are "bad" for the industry - and the resultant 30 cents a click-through income for his pitiful "family" of sites all hosted on the same San Diego "virtual servers" ?

I think it's time for MARK WILSON and his tiny band of not-so-merry publicity seeking pranksters peddling GAY ON GAY DISCRIMINATION and 8 year old hate speech memes in the name of THEIR definition of "purity and righteousness" to slink quietly away, shut down their sites and turn them over to their RIGHTFUL, LEGITIMATE OWNERS, and never be heard from again. 

I'm talking about YOU, Dexx Jones! 

As for those sinzfully involving themselves in other people's drama, and allying with Wilson, I believe they need to carefully consider what highly controversial information there may be available on them as yet unreleased, and ask themselves if playing a role (for no valid or legitimate reason) in someone else's battle is worth the negative publicity and likely legal exposure their defamatory behavior is inching ever closer to bring upon themselves.

DAMON's Florida investigative journey with Marc ON ASSIGNMENT to track down the HIV+ Gay for Pay model panicking the industry yields a definitive - and calming - result

HARD NEWS UPDATE

The male model in question has successfully disproved the accusations surrounding his HIV status by doing a retest that gave a negative result.  Video production can now resume, said Free Speech Coalition executive director Diane Duke.

"The industry will be abundantly cautious as we try to nail down the reasons for what now appears to have been a false positive result on a previous test," Duke said.

The Florida model had been slated to work on a shoot for Mofos.com, but production was halted last week when the test came back positive for HIV.

DAMON can tell you that the model is well known to gay audiences as well as str8s, has done strap-on videos, and was interviewed by DAMON in 2009.  His identity has been urgently requested to remain secretive, and based on our personal friendship as well as the legitimacy of the request, I will respect his wishes.

Ironically and significantly, Jones' informer is on psychiatric disability, is taking one or more prescription psychiatric medications, and has at least one restraining order on file against him for what is described to me by this person's family member as "dangerous and out of control anger management and social maladjustment issues".  Interestingly, burnout twink director KEVIN CLARKE has apparently bankrolled this very pitiful 48 year old Chinese-American man and taken everything he's said as gospel truth.  Like Jones, Clarke never stopped to consider his unstable track record and psychiatric status, so eager were these anti-competitive conspirators to create their own "truth" to damage or slow the Kruezer initiative.

It hasn't worked, it's never worked, and it never will work.  It's been tried in various forms since 2002, yet here we are, still online with 5 sites under our ownership or control, with clients known and unknown and some not even imagined, and with our banners flying proudly.  Our 1st Amendment, and Title 18 rights, and right to be free of tortious interference in our livelihood will always trump the nefarious efforts of these obsessed individuals, who have yet to produce even ONE scintilla of evidence to prove ANY of their sinister claims.

As for DEXX JONES, he tried and failed to make an impact on gay media back in 2003, and 8 years later he's trying again, using the exact same M.O. used by MARK WILSON - befriend, offer employment and support, try to gain entre to personal and confidential information as an "ally/employer", then trump up some nonsensical reason to abruptly do a 180 turn and begin active persecution and online defamation in concert with a few others.

Jones is an unsuccessful crime fiction writer obsessed with homothugs, a fixation encouraged by his family, one of whom tells me "we bankroll Dexx just to keep him out of our hair and away from our cars, since he's crashed 3 already".

Wilson admitted last night on TWITTER that he is maliciously impersonating me there, in an amazing display of hubris and arrogance that will surely earn him very bad karma as well as the discipline of the law.  The fact that Jones publicly endorses this type of outrageous behavior - a behavior that would no doubt earn Jones' condemnation if it were himself being impersonated - tells you all you need to know about the incredible hypocrisy and double standards of these verminous parasites, seeking to gain publicity and click-through income on their fading websites by creating a totally fabricated hate campaign against THE KRUEZER.

Do not be deceived, confused or misdirected by these hateful rivals and their fraudulent claims.  Be assured they are being dealt with, one by one, by every legal means available, and will pay as dearly for their many offenses to the law as the courts allow.

The only REAL question is WHY otherwise sensible people - and even some Sinz-full models who have admitted to directly benefiting from certain introductions of mine - allow themselves to get caught up in other peoples' drama, especially when they have no valid personal or business reason to complain or criticize anything we have done, or plan to do, as the Kruezer agenda moves forward to its ultimate fulfillment in 2012. 

It's making them look like "crazy people" and "psychos" as embattled model/entrepreneur COLLIN O'NEAL very accurately put it to me last night.

TOMORROW:  Should DAMON and COLLIN O'NEAL join forces in a lawsuit for punitive and compensatory damages against the self-admitted anti-competitive conspirators seeking to deprive us of our livelihood, our liberty, and our right to engage in commerce?
