Why Angel Skye is entitled to his own opinion - but not his own facts
It's about a lot more than $17,000, or $21,000, or any other amount.
It's about Angel Skye's attempt to dictate my content and who I can report about. It's about the core meaning of the First Amendment as it applies to a well known, widely read reporter and published writer like myself. The fact Skye admits he's a long time manic depression sufferer should weigh heavily in our analysis of him and his cheerleaders, as his judgment may be seriously warped and twisted by this very serious self-admitted medical condition.
And it's about a public figure - Angel Skye - using a smokescreen of playing the victim to evade payment of the $21,000 or so he currently is documented as owing. The fact Skye is aided and abetted by jealous rivals terrified of KRUEZER AT NIGHT's steady rise in reach, traffic rank and influence as confirmed by our Alexa ratings makes it even more abject and pathetic since these people know their anti-competitive conspiracy is seen by most for what it is: A naked power grab to maintain THEIR control of gay video industry and gay culture media to promote only THEIR agenda which they alone - in true secret society style, unaccountable to anyone but themselves - define as "legitimate".
In that context, this is the basis of Skye's alleged criminal complaints...that I have "harassed and stalked" him because I continued to write about him after he asked me not to do so, after he announced his retirement, but just before he "unretired" and made the Lucas "Flatiron" movie.
Which of course means he invalidated his non-coverage request as if he had any right to make such a request in the first place.
Not to mention the fact he only became worthy of note again as a direct result of my PR campaign for him last year, as hired to do.
Readers, friends and clients...Do you see more clearly what is at stake here - a lot more than money, it's about a reporter being able to write about what he considers newsworthy whether a given public figure (who was once a client) is praised or criticized in the course of such reporting.
Truth is, Angel Skye didn't acknowledge what everyone knows, i.e. he became marketable again as a direct result of my PR campaign in which for several months last year, no one else was writing about or picturing Skye and Star except for KRUEZER AT NIGHT. Yet Skye now says my demand for the payment justly due me and my good friend, as he agreed, is "extortion" and/or a "bad investment" that should be written off, and my continued critical coverage is "cyber stalking".
Interestingly, you, my readers and clients tell me it's simply valuable "other side of the story" reporting about a public figure who knowingly benefited from my publicity and my friend's generous loan via promissory notes on his behalf and offered me several interviews in the process. Not behavior typical of someone being "stalked" or "harassed" I'm sure you'll agree!
SUMMING UP: Angel Skye and Brad Star are public figures who came to me seeking publicity for purposes of their website and to become desirable in the eyes of casting directors. They received enough publicity through being featured on my site and via their interviews with me that they arguably went from the D List to the B list and became marketable enough to be cast as box cover video models in the Lucas Entertainment movie.
Now in a display of unparalleled greed, arrogance and ingratitude, SKYE is in denial that he owes anyone any money for anything, while using his "stalking" and "extortion" claims to mask his clear legal liability for repayment.
Worst of all, SKYE has been foolish enough to falsely claim that DAMON made a highly improper and totally wrong contact with a very young female relative of his in order to "expose" him as a gay video star, which is a total fabrication, and a mark of his actual desperation to throw any mud on the wall in hopes some of it will stick - especially in regard to Federal authorities now that his State and local complaints appear to have been deemed to be non actionable on the basis of insufficient evidence, lack of standing, and/or wrong jurisdiction.
Note well, in view of what I believe was the deliberately programmed failure of his Angel's Slut Garden website due to what Angel called "persecution and sabotage" by unnamed others he hasn't made any criminal complaints about, I draw your attention again to what Angel is now proclaiming: That he owes NO ONE any money - despite the $17,000 in promissory notes documented on my site and despite the $4,000 I claim he owes me for the extensive script he commissioned from me and the proven value of my PR and marketing campaign on his behalf which he hired me to do, for compensation.
Now a battle for issues much bigger than Skye or KRUEZER AT NIGHT begins, dealing with the core meaning and value of a reporter's rights to publish about a man who chose to become a public figure and by his own admission benefited from our efforts, as opposed to the strident cries of the anti-competitive conspirators using SKYE as a tool and poster boy to advance their own agenda - which is to eliminate the competition and re-establish their chokehold on reporting about the gay video industry and gay media culture.
Who will win this battle? Who SHOULD win this struggle? What's at stake beyond what either KRUEZER AT NIGHT or ANGEL SKYE claims?

Disappointing Lucas Entertainment "FLATIRON" movie predictable and surprisingly vanilla
"lots left on the cutting room floor to appeal to "mainstream" audience", Lucas source says; ANGEL SKYE's furious argument with BRAD STAR almost derailed the movie and may block the re-emergence of the ASG website in its "repurposed" form, sources tell us
Our stealth comp membership to the Lucas site allowed us to see all 5 scenes prior to its street date, and we weren't particularly impressed given the heavily edited content and total disuse of the title locale or building to give the film an identity, resulting in a now merely slightly above average cookie cutter content. BRAD STAR proves he's a power bottom, and ANGEL SKYE does very well in his scene topping STAR, which isn't nearly long enough. The only non-vanilla segment is the last one with JASON CREW, BRANT MOORE and a well used doubleheader. It seems that a lot more footage of the distinctly kinky kind was shot, including what may have lifted the SKYE-STAR scene to exceptional status, but a reported last minute editing decision by Lucas resulted in anything "controversial" being cut.

Combined with ANGEL SKYE's upcoming financial obligations and a manager who has yet to make himself publicly known, the future of the SKYE-STAR partnership may be bleak as ANGEL continues to battle manic depression as he confessed on his blog last month:

It showed that some spicy controversy is just what the tired and oh-so-predictable Atkolers need, yet Atkol's owner persists in acting like it's still 1998 and that his site still matters anymore. Truth is, it doesn't. The only event of note on Atkol Video Forums since the closure of their brick-and-mortar store is the brutally honest postings of "MATT RUSH XXX" who said the unsayable and galvanized Atkol's readership like no one else has in the past 10 years in relation to the famous scenes with ZEB ATLAS.
Of course it's turned out that "MATT RUSH XXX" is not really Matt Rush, and Atkol has tiresomely done the predictable thing in banning the poster and deleting his all too honest posts. But the impact was made and the word is out - and controversy continues to rage among a certain agent in the Forest, Rush's studio, and the "King", ZEB ATLAS himself, who has wisely stayed out of most of the friction.
The main lesson learned is that the Atkol Video Forums can be easily manipulated by those with the expertise and insider knowledge to begin or sustain a controversy, and that the Atkol Forums themselves are merely a shadow of their former selves that need a major boost of controversy if they're to survive or remain relevant. The experiment accomplished its mission.
The best way to do either one is of course to join with KRUEZER AT NIGHT in a rebirth and resurrection as our Alexa ratings eclipsing both ATKOL and our arch rival VIDIO VIEW clearly point the way to who is the spokesman of the gay video industry now and in the future.

Thanks to all of you who carefully monitor these hate sites and helped us to shut Ms. Martin's site down. This woman does not merit use or consideration as a material witness in any case, criminal or civil, because of her aberrant and abusive behavior in our view, and it seems, in most of your views as well.
The question remains what is Ms. Martin trying to hide, or deflect attention from, by putting up such a smokescreen concerning THE KRUEZER when it was she, not THE KRUEZER, who has allegedly confessed to running Boybatter.com on behalf of H & J, and to running Harlow's donation website as well.
Martin's unclean hands and hateful invective disqualify her from consideration or respect as a person, a blogger poster, or a website operator, much less as a material witness in a capital case.
Join with us in writing D.A. Melnick at his published mailing address listed in our private newsletter to urge her disqualification and removal from the witness list as a result of her unacceptable behavior and outrageous false claims we have carefully documented.
And remember this: Martin tried to claim some kind of special privilege as a material witness, and to say that any criticism or CEASE AND DESIST request was "witness tampering", but this was negated and declared null and void by the demonstrable fact she freely and consensually interviewed and talked with me in the June-September 2007 period...many months before being named as a material witness.
Let the light of truth prevail, with strength and honor, as KRUEZER AT NIGHT now focuses on other illegal sites worthy of takedown and deletion. Martin's site was the second such success, but it will not be the last.
BOTTOM LINE: It's one thing to express an opinion, or to speculate, as long as it's qualified as an opinion or speculation. But where you go wrong is if you fail to PUBLICLY distinguish between FACT, OPINION or DELUSIONARY THINKING.
In the Kruezer view, Ms. Renee Martin completely destroyed her credibility as a witness and as a person in allowing her sudden obsession with THE KRUEZER to overshadow her logic, prudence or sound judgment, and called into question her actual motives for suddenly coming out of the shadows just after being named a material witness in the Kocis-Cuadra-Kerekes case.
Just how totally inappropriate such a stance is has now been made clear, to Martin's shame and we are told, the D.A.'s discomfiture.
Let the word go forth: If you make DEFAMATORY, SLANDEROUS, AND/OR FABRICATED statements intended to harm a reputation and damage a business, or edit actual posts or emails which are then represented as confirmed and verifiable facts about a person, or a company, on your website or blog, you had better be prepared to prove your claims to the full legal standard...or withdraw them and/or have your site or blog taken down via the legal process we used successfully in Martin's case and in regard to a now-deceased hater's blog.

COLONA CAVES IN TO PRESSURE FROM THE RIGHT WING PRESS IN DISTURBING CASE
Michael Colona has helped X99 Media, which operates sites including CitiBoyz, to comply with federal regulations that require gay video manufacturers to keep detailed records of the people portrayed in film or print or on the Internet. As part of federal disclosure requirements, Colona's name has appeared online and on videos as the "custodian of records" for adult content distributed by X99.
But in view of Colona's apparent political ambitions, and the subsequent disclosure of his association with the gay video industry, Colona appears to be scrubbing his record of any such associations.
According to AVN, "Listings naming Colona as custodian of records for some of X99 Media's websites have been removed, and Colona told one reporter he was immediately resigning as a member of the Free Speech Coalition."
This is a very disturbing development with a chilling effect on free speech, and in the Kruezer view, Colona's caving in to media pressure sends exactly the WRONG message, i.e. there's something "wrong" with being associated with gay video work...even though such work is entirely legal and legitimate as part of a $14 billion a year industry that employs thousands of men and women nationwide.
